Teagan is a trauma-informed counsellor and the founder of Mindful Mending. She offers a space that is slow, grounded, and deeply attuned to you, where you don’t have to show up a certain way and can come exactly as you are. Sessions are calm and supportive, creating room to slow down, feel heard, and begin from where you are.

She works primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, disconnection, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, depression, grief, life transitions, people-pleasing, and perfectionism, while remaining open to a wide range of experiences and concerns.

Her approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centred practice. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, supporting clients in building awareness, emotional regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves, while learning practical tools that can be carried into everyday life to support ongoing growth and a greater sense of agency.
